Transferonhub
General Terms
Last updated · 2025-05-05
1. Agreement Overview
These General Terms govern access to Transferonhub consulting programmes, workshops, and digital collateral delivered through transferonhub.digital. By requesting information or engaging our services, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organisation.
2. Programme Scope
Statements on this site describe informational allocations for consultancy programmes. Deliverables are defined in individual statements of work (SOW). Anything not explicitly listed in the SOW should be treated as out of scope unless amended in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients supply timely data exports, site access windows, and stakeholder attendance. Delays exceeding ten business days may necessitate rescheduling fees. Clients remain responsible for internal approvals and vendor coordination beyond Transferonhub facilitation.
4. Intellectual Property
Transferonhub retains ownership of reusable frameworks, templates, and training decks unless an SOW assigns specific assets to the client. Clients receive a non-transferable licence to use deliverables for internal operational improvement consistent with the engagement scope.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties protect confidential material disclosed during engagements using reasonable organisational safeguards. Obligations survive termination for twenty-four months except where longer periods are mandated by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Transferonhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from programme participation. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
7. Governing Law & Venue
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer under the Framework Act on Consumers.
8. Termination & Suspension
Either party may terminate for material breach after fifteen days’ written cure notice. Transferonhub may suspend access if invoices remain overdue by more than twenty-one days or if client conduct jeopardises consultant safety.
9. Modifications
We may update these General Terms to reflect regulatory shifts or service refinements. Material updates receive a revised “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
