1. Overview
Consultancy programmes listed with informational pricing follow the cancellation windows below. Nothing on this site constitutes automated checkout; invoices are issued separately.
2. Cooling-off Period
Consumers purchasing remotely may withdraw within fourteen days of contract confirmation unless services commenced with explicit written consent; organisational buyers follow bespoke contract clauses when supplied.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when Transferonhub cancels a cohort before kickoff or fails to deliver outlined workshops due to our staffing disruptions.
4. Partial Refunds
If a client withdraws after materials ship but before session three completes, we refund fifty percent of programme fees minus third-party vendor deposits already committed.
5. Non-refundable Items
Custom research slices, bespoke dataset ingestion, or printed facilitator kits produced after written approval are non-refundable once production begins.
6. Process Steps
Email hello@transferonhub.digital with invoice references. We acknowledge within three business days and confirm eligibility within ten.
7. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds post within fourteen business days to the original payment rail where technically feasible.
8. Exceptions
Force majeure events may extend timelines; we communicate revised schedules promptly.
9. Consumer Rights (KR)
Consumers retain statutory protections under the Framework Act on Consumers and related enforcement decrees; nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights.
