Last updated · 2025-05-05
1. Controller Identity
Transferonhub operates transferonhub.digital and determines how enquiry data is processed when you contact us or register interest in programmes.
2. Categories of Data
We collect identifiers (name, email, optional company), communication content, technical logs (IP address, browser type), and cookie identifiers described in our Cookie Preferences notice.
3. Purposes & Legal Bases
Data is processed to respond to enquiries (contractual necessity), improve site reliability (legitimate interests balanced against your rights), and — only when permitted — analyse aggregated traffic (consent where required).
4. Retention
Enquiry records remain for twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for disputes or unless you request deletion earlier subject to statutory holds.
5. Recipients & Processors
Infrastructure providers hosting transferonhub.digital may access technical logs strictly under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
6. International Transfers
If data leaves Korea, we rely on contractual safeguards consistent with Personal Information Protection Commission guidance.
7. Security Measures
We apply TLS encryption in transit, role-based access for staff, and periodic review of vendor posture. No online service is risk-free; please use unique passwords when engaging via shared devices.
8. Your Rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, and portability where technically feasible. Contact hello@transferonhub.digital; we respond within thirty days unless complexity requires more time.
9. Children
Programmes target organisational buyers; we do not knowingly collect data from individuals under fourteen without guardian consent.
10. Policy Updates
Material privacy updates appear with a fresh effective date. Historical copies remain available upon request for accountability.
11. Supervisory Contacts
You may escalate unresolved privacy concerns to the Korean Personal Information Protection Commission following internal escalation.
