Promotional storytelling thrives on neon gradients; analytical overlays suffocate under them. We codify two parallel palettes: theatrical assets for customer-facing screens versus pearl-toned neutrals for analyst consoles.
During workshops we physically print colour chips next to projected dashboards so buyers stop approving fluorescent overlays “because marketing emailed them.”
Documentation includes accessibility contrast scores per palette so remote reviewers cannot insist on illegible combos simply because they looked vivid on a laptop.
